Bringing facts to the front.

VeraHold was built to solve a specific problem: the gap between a confusing service-charge demand and a clear understanding of the figures.

Financial review and general information only. Not legal advice.

Too much paperwork, too little clarity

Leasehold disputes often stall because the basic financial facts are lost in years of budgets, accounts, demands and correspondence. Leaseholders are told to "read the lease" or "apply to the Tribunal" before they even know what the figures actually represent.

VeraHold provides a different starting point. We structure the documents you have, check the figures and provide a clear explanation of what appears supported and what remains unanswered.

Our vision

"We're building the financial intelligence platform for the leasehold sector."

Leasehold finance is fragmented across budgets, accounts, demands, leases, major works notices and supporting records. VeraHold's long-term aim is to turn that fragmented information into structured, comparable intelligence at building level.

We are starting with document-led reviews for leaseholders, RTMs and RMCs: understanding costs, tracing changes, identifying gaps and helping people ask better questions. Over time, our technology and data capabilities are intended to make it possible to benchmark expenditure, identify unusual patterns earlier and give residents and responsible property professionals a clearer view of how buildings are being managed.

The goal is simple: better information, better scrutiny and better decisions across the leasehold sector.

Built on clear principles

We believe in independence, clarity and understanding our professional boundaries.

  • Independence

We review the documents provided objectively.

  • Clarity over jargon

We explain the position in plain English, not accounting or legal jargon.

  • Professional boundaries

We know what a document review can do, and we tell you clearly when you need a solicitor or surveyor.
