Prepare your block to take control through Right to Manage.
We help leaseholders organise the building information, financial records and practical preparation needed before and during the process of setting up an RTM company and preparing to take over management.
Where legal advice or formal statutory work is required, we help organise the information for the appropriate specialist.
Pricing depends on the size of the building, number of participating leaseholders, volume of documents and the level of financial and handover preparation required. We confirm the scope and price before work begins. Legal, company-registration and other third-party professional fees are not included unless expressly stated.

Preparing for the handover
Taking over management involves more than forming a company. Before the RTM company begins managing the building, directors may need to understand the existing budget, service-charge arrangements, contracts, reserve funds, planned works and the services that must continue after handover.
Where included in the agreed scope, VeraHold can organise this information into a financial and operational handover summary and help identify matters that should be discussed with the outgoing manager, proposed managing agent or professional advisers.
Working with professional advisers
The formal Right to Manage process can involve statutory notices, eligibility requirements and legal or procedural questions.
VeraHold can help organise the underlying building, financial and documentary information so that the group is better prepared to work with an RTM specialist, solicitor, managing agent or other professional. Where appropriate, we may recommend obtaining specialist advice before proceeding.
Important limitations
VeraHold does not provide legal advice, determine whether a building qualifies for the Right to Manage, provide a legal interpretation of leases, certify an RTM company's compliance with statutory requirements or represent the RTM company in a dispute or tribunal proceeding.
Unless expressly agreed as an administrative service, VeraHold does not prepare or serve statutory RTM notices. We do not act as your managing agent, solicitor, accountant or company secretary.
